The 2016 Dew Tour event, set to debut in Long Beach, CA from July 22-24, will be a contest like you’ve never seen before. CA RampWorks has designed four unique concrete courses for this years newly formatted event. A Tech Course, Transition Course, Rail Course, and Gaps Course are in the process of being built for Dew Tours breakthrough contest format. The event will not only feature an individual pro contest, but also a team contest with nine invited board brands.
The individual contest will have each competitor take runs on all four courses, the winner being the most well rounded skater. The team contest involves the invited board brands (Birdhouse, Plan B, Flip, Element, Real, Toy Machine, Enjoi, Baker, and Blind) with each team being composed of four team riders and a team captain. Each rider from the teams is designated to skate a specific course and whichever team is the most well rounded on all four courses will win. Below are course renderings, stay tuned for completed course pictures and contest results!
